We undertake site preparation and groundworks to help prepare land for construction and infrastructure. Depending on the project scope, work may include site clearance coordination, excavation and formation, ground preparation, capping layers, placement of suitable aggregates, grading and preparation of areas for follow-on works.

We supply and install asphalt and related materials for road and access-surface works. This can include Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA), Hot Rolled Asphalt (HRA), paving reinforcement fabrics and associated surface preparation. The specification and installation method are agreed to suit the project and applicable requirements.

We provide materials and installation for kerbing and related external works. Depending on the job, this may include kerb bedding and backing, edge restraints, preparation of paved areas and associated finishing works for roads, accessways, parking areas and residential developments.

We supply and place suitable graded crushed-rock and other specified aggregate materials for capping layers, sub-base and ground preparation, where included in the agreed scope. Material selection, thickness and compaction requirements should follow the project specification.

We can support drainage-related groundworks associated with development and external infrastructure, subject to the agreed scope and required technical design. Related work may include excavation for drainage runs, preparation of trenches, bedding and surround materials, backfilling and reinstatement.

Where included in the contract, we can undertake associated groundworks for utility routes and service trenches, including excavation, suitable bedding and backfill, and surface reinstatement. Utility connections, testing and specialist works should be carried out by appropriately authorised providers where required.

We supply and use specialist construction materials for relevant groundworks and infrastructure applications. The invoice-supported range includes bentonite slurry powder used in bored-pile stabilisation and geosynthetic paving fabrics. Any piling, geotechnical design or specialist stabilisation operation is undertaken only where included in the company’s capability and project arrangements.

We supply and place topsoil and suitable materials for landscaping, reinstatement and external-area finishing. Depending on the project, this may include spreading and grading topsoil, preparing areas for soft landscaping and reinstating surfaces disturbed by construction work.

We supply geobags and sandbags for relevant flood-protection and erosion-control applications. Installation or placement can be included where agreed, with the approach selected to suit the site conditions and intended use.

We can supply and install carriageway marker posts and related roadside products where specified. Any road furniture, traffic management or highway work must be planned and undertaken in accordance with relevant project requirements and permissions.

We support housebuilding and residential development projects with groundworks and external works that may be required before, during or after building construction. The scope can be tailored to include relevant site preparation, access and surfacing works, kerbing, drainage-related groundworks and finishing works.
